To understand the characteristics of health problems with island乫s residents from a broad perspective of geography, history, culture, and lifestyle regulated by culture; to discuss methods to analyze and consider health problems and healthy life assistance problems on islands. | ||||||
Objectives | 1.To be able to focus on the current problems at home and abroad in the area of Islands Health Nursing. 2.To be able to consider strategies to solve the problems on islands. 3.To be able to discuss strategies for practicum, education and research problems on islands by understanding notions of Islands Health Nursing. |

Students are evaluated based on their participating attitudes in class (40%) and the contents of their papers (60%). | ||||||
Remarks | Students are notified of any change to part-time instructors乫 class schedule in advance as needed. In principle, lectures will be held on Saturday and Sunday at satellite classroom in Miyako Island. |
